The right person is comfortable with ambiguity, excited to work across departments, and genuinely interested in using AI to transform how finance operates — not threatened by it.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or M&A. eCommerce or CPG background is a real plus — you understand the operational dynamics, not just the numbers.
Scenario planning, variance analysis, cohort modeling — you build models that drive decisions, not just ones that look good in a slide deck.
Highly proficient in Google Sheets or Excel. Experience with BI or dashboarding tools is a strong plus. You have a natural instinct for turning data into decisions.
You're comfortable challenging product, sourcing, or marketing decisions with data — not just reporting on them. Excellent English, written and spoken.
You're not just open to AI tools — you're actively curious about them. You see LLM-powered analysis and automation as a core part of how modern finance should work.
You're able to build processes from scratch in a fast-paced, lean environment. You don't wait for a playbook — you write it.
This role is 100% remote and Philippines-based. You'll work directly with leadership across time zones, with high autonomy and direct access to decision-makers from day one.
This is one of the company's highest priorities right now. You'll work closely with the CEO, COO, and senior advisory (Toni) from day one — no middle layer, no politics.
