When things change — and they will — you'll be the one who evaluates the options and makes real-time decisions on shipment modifications, rerouting, and schedule adjustments, then keeps every internal stakeholder informed.
Behind it all sits accuracy: compliant customs documentation, correct landed costs, and current logistics data in our dashboards, ERP, and project tools.
Good to know: you'll deliver a concise weekly logistics status report — your regular chance to surface risks, bottlenecks, and cost-saving ideas to the team.

Plan container loads, compare and negotiate forwarder quotations, book space, coordinate supplier pick-up, and validate shipping and customs documents.
Monitor ETD/ETA updates, manage delays, rollovers, and inspections, make rerouting decisions, and keep stakeholders and systems up to date.
Send arrival notices, coordinate warehouse delivery and put-away, record landed costs and duty rates, and reconcile freight and duty invoices for payment.
Hands-on logistics experience, strong systems and Excel skills, and the judgment to act fast when shipments don't go to plan.
In Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferably within the Amazon and eCommerce Private Label industry.
Experience working with eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other marketplaces.
Procurement, import/export, shipment, supplier management, and inventory management systems and processes — including ERP or inventory control software.
VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IMPORTRANGE, INDEX MATCH, FILTER (as a function, not the filter button), SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and array formulas.
Experience with ClickUp or a comparable task management tool — at minimum, able to create a simple list.
Strong communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.
Careful in updating company files and systems, well-organised, knows what to prioritize, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools isn't required, but it's a plus — much of this role involves keeping landed costs, duty rates, and freight invoices accurate across our systems.
